Probate Court, Dec. 10, 1867
This day came Arnold SEALE, administrator of estate of Elizabeth C. SEALE, dec'd, and filed his account and vouchers for a final settlement and distribution of the insolvent estate. It is ordered that 17th day of February, '68, be set for said settlement, and that three weeks previous notice of the same be given by publication in the Choctaw Herald, to all parties in interest, to attend and contest the same if they think proper.
