Pilot Officer Robertus McREE, Jr., 23, was killed in a plane crash in Trenton, Ontario. Full military
services were held in Canada with a 100 piece band furnishing the music. Remains sent to Patton Funeral Home,
Shubuta, accompanied by Pilot Officer Richard RUDELL, R. C. A. F., Trenton, Ontario, Canada. Remains
then taken to home of parents in DeSoto. Funeral services held Thursday, 10 AM, from DeSoto Methodist church,
conducted by his pastor, Rev. J. F. McClellan, assisted by Rev. W. L. Meadows, pastor of Quitman Baptist Church.
Survivors - father and mother; three brothers, Raymond, Joe and Roderick McREE; one sister,
Geraldine, all of DeSoto, MS. Pallbearers - Lloyd McNeal, John L. Hunter, John S. Dabbs, Jr., Harvey

7:45 PM. Born in Clarke Co. near Enterprise and lived there all her life. Devout member of Methodist Church.

Waco, TX. Grandsons of the deceased served as pallbearers. Husband J. M. NETTLES preceded her to the
