L. Meadows, Harold Anderson, and W. C. McLelland officiating; interment in Odd Fellows Cemetery; McClellan-Walters Funeral Home in charge.
Mrs. Helen BAGBY, for many years a prominent Quitman resident, sister of Mrs. Viola JONES and Jim McNEILL of Quitman, died in Henderson, TX, Wednesday, 8:30 AM; survivors - one dau., Mrs. O. B. CRAWFORD, Henderson, TX; two grandchildren, Miss Gay CRAWFORD and Billy CRAWFORD, Henderson, TX; three sisters, Mrs. Henry FORBES & Mrs. Clarence LAUNSBURY, Meridian; Mrs. Viola JONES, Quitman; one bro., Jim McNEILL, Quitman; funeral services held from Henderson Methodist Church, 4 PM; Mrs. JONES was unable to attend the funeral on account of illness.
Mrs. Bonnie Collie IVY, 83, Vossburg, MS, Rt. 1, died at the family residence 21 Dec. Mrs. Ivy had been a life long resident of the community. Survivors - two sons, C. D. IVY and A. J. IVY, both of Vossburg, MS; two brothers, D. C. CHANCELOR, Jackson, MS; H. W. CHANCELLOR, Hattiesburg, MS; seven grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren. Rev. J. S. Morgan, assisted by Rev. J. W. McGrew, conducted the funeral services from Knight's Valley church, Saturday, 22 Dec, 10:30 AM. Interment in DeSoto, MS, cemetery. Active pallbearers - C. E. Ivy, W. F. Ivy, L. W. Ivy, J. W. Ivy, E.
