George Robert HARRIS, 82, Crandall, Miss, Rt. 2, died at his residence 14 Mar, as a result of a heart attack; funeral services held 15 Mar, 2:30 PM, Pine Grove Church, Rev. C. W. Sheffield officiating; assisted by Rev. Chester Mason; interment in church cemtery; survivors include wife, Mrs. Emma HARRIS; daughter, Clara HARRIS, Crandall; son, Robert W. HARRIS, Crandall; two sisters - Mrs. Mary Jane MAYO, Crandall; Mrs. J. W. CHANCELLOR, Sr., Hattiesburg; two brothers - J. W. HARRIS and N. W. HARRIS, Crandall; active pallbearers were Luther Harris, Jim Chancellor, Albert Harris, Carol Mayo, Coley Harris, Mack D. Harris; Walters Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Final rites held Tuesday, 2:30 PM, Manassa Methodist Church for Mrs. Maggie D. TEW, 78, Crandall; found dead in yard of home, victim of sudden heart attack; interment in church cemetery; Revs. Alsworth and Bearden officiated; survivors - two daughters, Mrs. Irene FAIRCHILD, Beaumont, TX; Mrs. Christine ROBINSON, Crandall; five sons, Willie, Ernest, Otis, and Clyde, Crandall; Charley, Mobile; sister, Mrs. Fannie HARRIS, Crandall.
