Funeral services held at Harmony Baptist Church Saturday, 29 Jan, 2:30 PM. Rev. Dennis Kennedy conducted the service assisted by Rev. Alfred Braddock, Quitman. Interment in McGowan Chapel Cemetery. Lifelong resident of the Harmony community and a member of Harmony Baptist Church. Survivors - three daughters, Miss Maurece McCARTY and Mrs. Mattie HARGROVE, Harmony; Mrs. Laura Nell WEST, Enterprise; eight grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; five great-great grandchildren.
