Individual data contained on this page may be used for personal, non-profit purposes; however the entire page or portions thereof may NOT be copied, cut'n'pasted, downloaded, or otherwise duplicated for any reason, including posting elsewhere, without express permission of the compiler above.

The Quinnelly Cemetery is located in central Clarke County, MS. From Quitman, take State Highway 18 East for 1.2 miles; bear right on State Highway 511 South for 2.1 miles; turn left on County Road 675 for about a quarter of a mile; then right on County Road 6752 about four tenths of a mile. The cemetery is on the left behind the little church (The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints). A chain link fence surrounds the church and cemetery. According to a sign posted at the church, the cemetery is privately owned and maintained by the Quinnelly Family Foundation and burials are limited to family members unless special permission is obtained from the foundation. The photo at left was taken near the front (east end), looking west.

We have shown dates in the DDMMMYYYY format for easier reading. The (double marker) note means two separate headstones with surname between resting on a double base. The (double base) means two separate headstones (with full names) resting on a double base. Row numbers were determined as best as we could using the cemetery layout and may not necessarily agree with any other compilation (if any) or official cemetery records. Abbreviations used here are as follows: BB = Brick Border; CB = Concrete Border; CS = Concrete Slab; DM = Double Marker; DBS = Double Base; FHM = Funeral Home Marker; FM = Foot Marker; FS = Foot Stone; GB = Granite Border; GS = Granite Slab.

We have tried diligently to copy all inscriptions accurately; however, there is no guarantee that this work is 100% correct. If anyone sees an obvious error, please do not hesitate to let us know. All rows were read from left to right.
